- What if I cannot make it on Saturday? Can I still buy a book?
YES! Select “CUSTOM BOOK ONLY” and you will only be charged for your book and can pick it up at our office during regular business hours. - What if we have multiple children? Can one book be made for multiple people?
The book is written in the first person directly to your child. It is recommended to be for one child but can be modified for a short list. Here’s an example of a customized line in the book: “I couldn’t find your page, Ethan!” We do not recommend using things like “the Johnson Family” because it does not flow but you could do “Ethan and Sally”.
The best experience would be to purchase the full experience for each child so they can have their own individual time with Santa. - Will you be taking pictures at the event?
We may be taking pictures for advertising purposes only but are allowing YOU to take as many pictures and videos within your 10 minute timeslot as you’d like. - I can’t make it on Saturday but want the experience. Can you still accommodate me?
