On March 25, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor has published a required notice to post for employers covered by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act’s paid sick leave and expanded Family and Medical Leave provisions (i.e., certain public sector employers and private sector employers with fewer than 500 employees) to be posted in a conspicuous place on its premises. The notice containing FFCRA requirements are found on the links below. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.
