We are in uncharted territory right now with the current COVID-19 outbreak. Businesses and individuals everywhere are working hard every day as the situation changes by the hour. Curo Managed Print Production takes these concerns very seriously and our hearts and thoughts go out to all who have been affected.
Curo strongly supports the efforts of the various levels of government leaders and health officials who are working to contain the virus. We are taking precautionary steps to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and vendor partners. We are constantly monitoring the updates from the WHO, CDC, and government officials(at all levels – city, county, state and federal) to ensure that we are exceeding all regulations and best practices.
As a result, our shop has implemented additional sanitation processes for our equipment and works stations. Staff are following all guidelines with regards to hand washing, hand sanitizing, and staying home if feeling sick.
In addition, we are taking steps to reduce/eliminate social interactions where possible. As such, effective immediately, all financial transactions must be conducted online either through our website or via digital invoices sent by the staff. No cash transactions will be accepted until further notice.
We will also be eliminating walk in traffic beginning 3/16/2020 until further notice. Should you need to pick up your order, we are asking that appointments be made in advance with a 30 minute window. Doors will remain locked outside of those times.
If you would like to place an order and need to consult with a representative, please email info@curoprint.com.
Curo has been working hard at implementing an online ordering and shipping process for commonly ordered items. While it does not have everything yet, please check out www.curoprint.com. If you do not see the item you need to order, you can always email us at info@curoprint.com or call 626-531-7525
At this time, Curo will maintain all operations without restrictions or changes to production or delivery commitments; however, given the rapidly evolving response to this situation, some impacts to our service may become unavoidable. We will provide updates via email, social media and at www.curoprint.com should anything change.
Despite the disruption and uncertainty of this difficult time, we truly value your business and we appreciate your trust in us. We are committed and will continue providing you with the best and most reliable support you deserve and look forward to doing business with you very soon.
