COVID and Supply Chain Updates from the CEO
We are in a constantly changing environment. One moment, we believe that we have turned the corner on the pandemic and the next thing you know – things will change again. Early in the pandemic, we implemented procedures to keep our staff, customers and the community safe. We still maintain these procedures which include enhanced sanitization, and social distancing via required appointments. We ask that customers wear masks when visiting us. We have decided as an organization that vaccinations are an individual choice. It is human nature to want to be in control of our worlds – and our staff all made the choice to be vaccinated. We will continue to adjust our policies and procedures in compliance with the City of Duarte, County of Los Angeles and State of California.
Businesses are currently facing an unprecedented supply chain disruption. As of today, there are over 50 container ships parked off the Port of Long Beach with a massive backlog. Unfortunately this has impacted the printing industry. Our standard paper stocks are in high demand but short supply. We will continue to do everything in our power to obtain the supplies required for your orders with minimal impact on the turnaround time. We are committed to our customers and will maintain transparency and open communication should we run into issues impacting your order. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate these waters. We encourage everybody to shop local and remember that businesses are not out of the water yet.
